New Hampshire Law lists certain motor vehicle offenses that can lead to a person being certified as an Habitual Offender. If certified as an habitual offender, your license will be revoked for 1 to 4 years. If an Habitual Offender drives - the penalty is mandatory jail, regardless of whether any other law, or rule of the road is broken.
